Located at a popular quayside with stunning views, my client’s current workspace makes clever use of containers, housing a desk area, small kitchen, and conference room.

 

With growth on the horizon, they’re expanding into a second floor, and I’m proposing a purpose-built conference room featuring a bespoke concrete table by Goat & Smith.

The plan also includes a vibrant social area and an extended outdoor living space—perfect for warmer summer evenings.

 

The overall vibe is ‘industrial pop’: bold pops of colour, soft textures, and plenty of biophilic touches that bring the space to life while keeping it functional, fun, and inviting.
